Our history and future
In April 2008, Eric Ramirez bought a used van, a striping machine, and moved forward with a will to succeed, founding Ace Parking Lot Maintenance. Slowly but surely, Eric built a reputation for doing great work at great prices and always providing exceptional customer service. As Eric's customer base grew throughout the Greater Houston Area, he slowly started adding additional services like pressure washing, asphalt, and concrete pothole repair and seal coating to his paving solutions.
Eric also hired on more crew members and office staff to help him build Ace Parking Lot Maintenance into a leading paving repair service. It's now known as today. Through the years, we've added new advanced equipment and continuously trained our team on the best standards of practice, but we've never lost sight of caring for our customers, and we're more than happy to provide quality paving services to meet your needs.
